QC Inspection & AQL Inspection
We have one group leader for each product line to control the products quality during production. The inspection department will inspect all products before packing and repair the fault bags. Our QC will double check and control the quality from the beginning of production till packing finished. We accept AQL inspection arranged by customers in the middle or at the end of production. Normally, AQL inspection will be started when 100% bags finished, 80% packing finished. So far we get inspection from SGS, Intertek, API, Kistop etc. The inspection grade is 2.5---4.0.
